Personal Training is provided by experienced trainers who have additional qualifications in training ante and postnatal women.
Regular Ante/post natal training
If you prefer longer term training you can book a course of 5 or 10 sessions to help progress you through your pregnancy or afterwards to guide you to feeling fit and strong again. Alternatively you can book sessions by the week and see how you go.
Post Natal MOT
In the early days post pregnancy we offer a one off session to learn about your pelvic floor, abs and posture as well as how to get the most out of power walking with your pushchair/buggy. These sessions will last about 1/12 hours and cost £65. The same applies to women who haven’t exercised since birth but have decided it is time to get into shape. It doesn’t matter how long it is since your baby arrived, be it months or years, if postnatal issues aren’t tackled, a postnatal trainer can help you to get back to basics.
Group Personal Training – train with your friends
Group personal training is another option where a small group with similar targets can employ a trainer to come to you and provide you with some training. A one off group session costs £75 and is likely to last 1-1/2 hours. The cost of regular sessions is detailed below.
