Feel the fulfillment of this Total Wellbeing programme which will offer you all of those things. With varied and graduated videos that change as you increase your strength and fitness, you will be able to exercise at home with just one exercise band and everyday items you have around your house.
With videos, your own Facebook group and educational fact-sheets you will learn how to easily improve your nutrition (as well as your family’s), advice on cooking and shopping, how to check your tummy muscles, how and when to get help with pelvic floor issues from top women’s health physiotherapists, advice on self care & feeling better and a graduated exercise video programme to follow including the following;
- 3 warm up videos
- 3 cool down videos
- 6 exercise videos long version with advice and tips
- 6 short exercise videos without all the chatting so you don’t waste time.
What can you expect once you sign up?
Once you sign up you will receive confirmation of your place and a screening form to complete by email. Everyone will start the programme on the same day and we will kick off with a introduction on Facebook on day one! On this day you will get access to all the video content and some of the supporting content.
You will need to read a document with full instructions although you have access to your coach via the Facebook group and your coach will visit the group twice a day minimum. You can also message your coach directly. You will steadily receive more content via email over the 6 week period, some of this will be video and some will be written content.
